Infrastructure servicing

The service includes irregular interventions, which are required due to a failure or based on the request of the customer, who would like to have changes made on his own ICT infrastructure. We provide servicing on projects we have implemented ourselves and technology provided by third parties. 

Servicing parameters

  • Removal of the failure, or renewal of equipment functions by means of an emergency method and subsequent definite removal of the failure as soon as possible
  • Test equipment functionality
  • Changes to HW or SW configuration settings according to the customer’s requirements 
  • Specification of executed activities according to the customer’s requirements
  • SLA guarantee (specification of the period until removal of the failure is commenced and removal of the failure, period until temporary or definite launch) 
  • Reporting servicing interventions with the option of being presented on the customer’s portal
